Splendid, furnished apartments for holidays, it is located at the end of Corso Garibaldi, 50 meters from the seafront and 100 meters from the city centre.
The building is ancient and has been recently renovated with 10 two-room apartments inside.
The apartments, all approximately 30 sq m2, are arranged over two floors (first floor and second floor) and are of three types:
TYPE A:
double bedroom and bunk bed (in the same room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and in some cases a small balcony.
TYPE B:
double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

TYPE C:
double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (separate) and bathroom with shower.
The structure is equipped with a small lift.
All apartments are equipped with crockery and cookware.
During the stay, the cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the customer.
Regulation

The rental of an apartment includes the exclusive use of the apartment without any type of related services.

The cost of water, electricity, gas and VAT are included in the price.

Arrival time :
- from 12 to 16
- from 17 to 19 (June, July and August)

Departure time:
- from 07 to 10 maximum.

The maximum number of guests per two-room apartment is 4 (four) people (regardless of age).

For no reason according to current safety laws are allowed more than 4 (four) people.

Persons staying in the apartment must be always those declared on arrival, the use of the apartment cannot be transferred to third parties (even relatives) for any reason.

Confirmation of the reservation is obtained only with the sending and receipt of the deposit which is 30% of the total.

The deposit is a "confirmatory deposit" and as such will be lost in the event of cancellation.

The customer who does not cancel the reservation within 48 hours as well as losing the deposit will have to pay the price of the entire stay.

The apartments with the balcony have a surcharge compared to the others.

The "month" rent is to be intended for a duration of 4 weeks from the 1st (arrival) to the 29th (departure).
