Splendido, managed by the Ricci family since 1993 offers two-roomed apartments of approx. 30 m2 for holiday purposes or short stays.
Each apartment has a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. (max 4 persons).
The establishment is situated directly on the seaside and only 100m from the city centre.
It holds a strategic position near the train station Portofino making the Cinque Terre region in easy reach.

There is a small lift and you can simply park in the free public parking near the establishment.
Small pets are also accepted (subject to prior agreement), so you don't have to leave your little friends at home.
The apartments can be visited upon appointment only.
Renting a furnished apartment is the only way to complete independence during your holidays.

La signora Consuelo che ci a accolti è stata gentilissima ci siamo fermati solo due notti l'appartamento è molto carino vicino al mare e al centro del paese e lei ci a consigliato ristoranti e cose da visitare siamo stati molto bene sicuramente torneremo!!!

Posto ideale per visitare Le Cinque Terre
La posizione per centro città, stazione e lungomare è ottima. L'appartamento è luminoso ben arredato e pulito, non manca niente. La proprietaria è gentile e molto disponibile.

Anniversario di matrimonio
Abbiamo festeggiato benissimo il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. L'appartamento era completo di tutto e aveva un balcone con vista mare meravigliosa, la struttura è a due passi dalla stazione. Da non perdere. Luigi e Laura da Milano
