Splendido’s furnished holiday apartments are located at the end of Corso Garibaldi only 50m from the sea and 100m from the city centre.
It's an antique establishment, recently renovated and divided in 10 two-roomed apartments.
There are three types of apartments, all measuring approx. 30 m2 over two floors (first and second floor) :
TYPE A:
Double bedroom and bunk bed (in the same room), living room with kitchenette, private bathroom with shower. Some of the apartments have a small balcony.
TYPE B:
Double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
TYPE C:
Double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, small kitchen (separated) and bathroom with shower.
There is a small lift to reach upper floors.
Kitchenware is provided in all apartments.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay.

Rates are to be considered for rent only. Any additional services are excluded.

Rates include utility charges and VAT.

Arrival :
- Between 12am and 4pm
- Between 5pm and 7pm (June, July and August) -
Departure:
- From 7am and at 10am at the latest. -
A maximum of 4 (four) guests is allowed per two-roomed apartments (any age)

For no reason, and according to current security legislation, may more than 4 (four) persons stay in the apartment.

Guests staying in the apartment will be those declared upon arrival. For no reason may the use of the apartment be handed over to a third party.

Bookings will only be considered ‘confirmed’ upon reception of a 30% deposit.

The deposit money will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Clients cancelling their booking less than 48 hours before arrival will not only lose their deposit, but are obliged to pay the whole cancellation fee.

A surcharge will be applied for apartments with a small balcony.

A "monthly stay" is to be considered as 4 weeks, considering day 1 the day of arrival and day 29 the day of departure.
